What is CareCredit?
In lieu of payment plans, OACT is able to offer our patients CareCredit for balances over $500.00. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card with a credit line for treatments and procedures for your entire family, including your pets. CareCredit is here to make it easier to help you manage your family's out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. You can use it for co-payments and deductibles. Not all practices offer all CareCredit financing options, so check with your provider. For complete details, please read the Terms and Conditions within the application.
How to Apply:
- Visit www.carecredit.com and complete the patient application.
- Call 1-800-365-8295 and a CareCredit representative will walk you through the application
- Apply in person at your physician's office
